All I got to say is that this ice cream was ube - licious.

Like Teavva, Soft Swerve is located in Chinatown! I was drawn to this ice cream shop because of its fun and cool ice cream flavors such as: Ube, Yakult Yogurt, and Matcha (yum!). They also have irresistible sundaes and toppings. Hence, why I decided to get a sundae while I was there! I got the most loved / popular sundae called the Woodside. It contains ube ice cream, mochi, and toasted coconut flakes. Unlike most ice creams, this sundae was not too sweet. It's creaminess was definitely making me happy and the ube flavor was very subtle. Also, since I am a big fan of mochi, having it on the sundae was a great touch. As for the price, it was a bit pricey since the serving of the sundae is not that big for it to be close to $10.00.
